YES! We are happy to set up our jukebox/karaoke machines under rented commercial tents. They are much safer overall than consumer grade popup tents and are usually staked down with significant tie downs. That being said, oftentimes there are too many tables and chairs to comfortably fit the machine and the space that is needed around it for best operation and comfort. It is advisable to place the machine in an open space where people will have the ability to walk around the machine to interact, dance, etc. Placement of the speakers firing directly into the back of chairs and tables is not advisable as the sound won't travel. Also the guests at the party might be cramped. In the cases where the space between the speaker and the tables is limited, speaker stands may be helpful to put the speakers in the air so they fire over the tables instead of into them. Alternatively, if there is an open space with room for the sound to travel and disperse (IE a dancefloor or dance "area"), then usually the stands are not needed. We are happy to place the machine in your designated area as long as it's fully waterproof and shaded according to our policy. However,  we often feel bad when leaving a machine which is firing sound into the back of tables as we know that it's less than ideal in creating the best party possible.
