Bill was great. He had to wait so we could figure out where to put the jukebox. He was extremely patient and polite. It was a pleasure working with him.

Setup was fast and on time. Very easy to use even kid friendly. Pickup was quick. Definitely recommend shoemaker will do again.

It would have been helpful to speak to a person not just an uninformed answering service person. Or, helpful to get questions answered sooner. Snd.., could I get a song book a few days ahead. Delivery and pick up were well scheduled. Equipment was good and easy to use.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The personnel and customer service were great and my guests loved the jukebox. The microphone came in handy too. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

We had an awesome experience with this company. Requesting the machine was simple and easy, with reasonable price. The turnaround time with communication was quick. The delivery and set up guy was also great! Will use again for future events.

So much fun! The kids and adults all enjoyed the music and karaoke. We will use Shoemaker again for parties.
