Very good customer service. They delivered the machine in plenty of time for the event. We had no technical issues during our use. They communicate well with the pick up. I have no complaints just praise.

Set up / pick up easy and on time. Sweet sixteen was a super success because of the interactivity with the jukebox.

So easy to use! Great experience with Bill, helpful, willing to work on our schedule and was so kind to go over all the details! Super easy to book and made the party awesome! So happy we got the package with the lights, it made the party atmosphere come alive at night! Will definitely recommend and book again!

I absolutely enjoyed this experience and would definitely recommend renting with Shoemaker. The customer service began with the deposit and the staff was friendly, prompt, and gave through instructions on the use of the machine.

We rented for a small party, and they were flexible and easy to work with.

Everything was easy installed, all my songs that I downloaded were played.We danced all night.So much more easy than having a DJ.I recommend shoemaker jukebox for all your occasions.

My experience with Shoemaker Jukebox Rentals was perfect!!! The equipment is awesome, and Tony (who dropped it off) was so great at walking me through how to use it! Our guests LOVED the karaoke. We will definitely be renting from them again!!
