Venue Delivery and Pickup Policy

Events occurring in the evening are picked up the next day. Your venue manager should accommodate this simple and reasonable request or the customer must pack up and bring home the equipment for retrieval the next day.

Online Playlist Builder & Custom Song Request Policy

Creating a playlist is optional. Custom playlists are due the Tuesday prior to the event date and must be submitted via the Online Playlist Builder portal only.
