Early Guaranteed Delivery Policy

 

Standard Overnight Service

Our standard delivery service is guaranteed by 3:00 PM at no additional charge. For events starting at 3:00 PM or later, delivery will occur between 8:00 AM and one hour prior to your event’s start time.

Early Guaranteed Overnight Service

For events that begin before 3:00 PM and continue into the evening (typically past midnight), we offer “Early Guaranteed Delivery.” This ensures your equipment is prioritized and set up early. The fee is $10 per hour for each hour prior to 3:00 PM.

24-Hour Upgrade

For events starting early in the morning and running all day and night, you may choose one of two options:

• Early Morning Delivery: $10 per hour for each hour prior to 3:00 PM.

• Day-Before Delivery: Flat $50 fee.

Why is there an extra charge?

Coordinating deliveries requires careful planning around geography, staffing, and traffic. When we guarantee an early setup, we must place your event at the top of our delivery queue, even if it adds travel or labor time. The fee helps cover the extra cost of prioritizing your event.

But sometimes you deliver early for free?

Yes, most events are delivered before 3:00 PM as part of our standard route. However, only delivery guaranteed by 3:00 PM is included at no charge. If you need a specific early delivery, the “Early Guaranteed Delivery” fee applies.

A Great Value

At $10 per hour, this policy offers excellent value compared with alternatives like hiring a DJ at $100+ per hour.

Morning or Afternoon-Only Events

We also offer morning and afternoon-only packages with same-day pickup at either 1:00 PM or 5:00 PM. Contact us with your event details to confirm availability.
