Cancellation Policy

• Reservation Fee is non-refundable.
• Reservation Fee is transferable to a new date when cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the event date.
• Reservation Fee is forfeited when cancelled within 48 hours of the event date.
• Cancellations should be made via email to office@shoemakerjukebox.com.
• A credit in the amount of the reservation fee will be issued under the client's account and will expire 1 year after the date of cancellation.
