I have to say Jay never lets me down. I didn't have to worry about anything. They set up, They pick up. The Karaoke system is so user-friendly and it sounds so good. If you're looking to add entertainment to a party/event.... Shoemaker is the way to go!

Your equipment was a huge hit and made for a fun, successful party. From the start (emails/phone calls), everything went smoothly. Frank was very thoughtful of our time, calling twice to let us know the delivery time had changed by 15 minutes. Frank was very knowledgable and explained very clearly and easily how everything worked. Our play list was loaded and the machine was very customer friendly and easy to use. The cost was quite reasonable and I would highly recommend using your company and equipment. I will definitely keep it in mind for any future events.

Great service - I requested a karaoke machine only one week before my event, and was able to get a quick confirmation. Setup before I arrived to the party and easy to operate. It was the biggest hit of the party!

Helpful delivery guys that worked with my schedule to deliver the jukebox. They showed us how to us the system and how to contact them in case of technical issues during the party. The jukebox had plenty of songs from new and old artists.

I didn't contact this outstanding company in enough time to do a custom song play list....next time I will.

Great experience. My guests and I all had a wonderful time at our party, and the karaoke machine was responsible for much of that. I especially liked how the machine played background music anytime there was a lull in the singing, even though we didn't have to choose set music for that to happen other than choosing background music in the beginning of the night. The person who set up the equipment was great and explained everything. And Jay was very helpful. I also really loved how I could find show tunes so easily.
