Outdoor Event Policy

Approved Covering is required when outdoors to protect from rain, and intense heat from sun.

Venue Delivery and Pickup Policy

Events occurring in the evening are picked up the next day. Your venue manager should accommodate this simple and reasonable request or the customer must pack up and bring home the equipment for retrieval the next day.
