Our service often includes delivery, setup, and pickup. Here is some information you should know about our delivery and pickup schedules.
Do you include delivery, setup, and pickup with your rental?Our flagship jukebox, the "Tower Jukebox" is only offered with delivery, setup, and pickup. If you have received a quote for that unit, yes this is all included. However, over the years we've had many requests for parties outside of our service area. So we've created a smaller "Table Top Jukebox" that can be picked up. If you have received a quote for this unit, you must pickup the system from our home office (sorry, no brick and mortar yet!) located in Blackwood, NJ. What time will you come to deliver the Jukebox?You tell us! We prefer to deliver our jukeboxes as EARLY as possible. This makes our delivery routes easier, and usually makes our customers happy that the system is ready to rock nice and early. If you don't have access to the event location until later on in the day, no problem. Just give us a 1-4 hour window of time in which the delivery can be made. Tell us during the booking process, or just let us know as your event date gets closer. When will the jukebox be picked up?We prefer picking up the jukebox the next day (see below). But if we have to pick it up that night, we can schedule out a pickup time as needed. Note that it is really important to let us know if your jukebox must be picked up that night. The overnight discount will not apply. Why do you give a discount if you leave your jukebox overnight?
What if my catering hall is nervous about leaving the jukebox there overnight?
